Subject: Extension of timeline for handwritten travel documents (PIO Cards) beyond 31.12.23-regarding.
Ministry of Home Affairs (GoI) vide their OM No. 26011/MISC/71/2018-OCI dated 30.12.2023 has conveyed that PIO cards will continue to be accepted as a valid travel documents till 31.12.2024 along with foreign passport.
