On the invitation of Empowering for Development (E4D), an NGO of Maskeliya, Mr. Dhirendra Singh, Assistant High Commissioner visited estate areas in Maskeliya on 10th April 2018. He also visited plantation schools and met some estate families and children. On this occasion AHC launched a monthly Tamil Newspaper 'MUTHALVAN', published by E4D
